After a long time, LG is back in the market with its new device LG Q Stylus+. It is a mid-range smartphone which will directly compete with the Honor Play and the newly launched Poco F1.
Well, the company has launched this device with only 4GB RAM/ 64GB memory variant. And, the price which has been set for this device is Rs.21,990. Let’s take a look at the specifications of this device and then decide that you should go for it or not.
The Key highlights of LG Q Stylus+ are:
- 6.2″ Full-HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio
- 4GB RAM/ 64GB Storage
- 1.8-GHz Octa-core processor
- 8MP Selfie Camera
- 16MP Rear Camera with PDAF
- 3300mAh battery capacity
Apart from that, the phone runs Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. Additionally, the LG Q Stylus+ comes with IP68 water and dust protection, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor that also acts as the selfie camera shutter button, and MIL-STD 810G standard.
The company had initially introduced three color options – Moroccan Blue, Aurora Black, and Lavender Violet – only the first two have made it to India. It will go on sale in the country from Wednesday, September 5.
What can this Stylus do?
LG says the Q Stylus+ can recognize and record handwritten notes, even when the display is off. Furthermore, the handset’s stylus can be used to personalize captured images and videos to create animated GIFs.
Should you buy this device?
In my honest opinion, don’t go with this device if you have a budget of around Rs.22,000. Because there are a lot of other smartphones available in this range which provides you a killer deal. Like, the newly launched Poco F1 and also the Honor Play is also a great device. This LG Q Stylus+ is no match for them.
